Description

Job Summary: Supports managers and leaders in decision-making regarding Human Resource Management, conducts recruitment processes and training, and provides administrative and operational support to employees. Comprehensive support to employees Responsible for supporting departmental managers and leaders in decision-making related to Human Resource Management (attraction, retention, promotion, organizational climate, and development). Conduct recruitment processes to meet vacancy requirements across operational, administrative, and tactical management areas; * Collaborate with managers to develop and deliver training content for the operational team; * Conduct onboarding interviews, probationary period follow-ups, and offboarding interviews, providing support throughout the onboarding and offboarding processes across the network; * Process requests for transportation vouchers, fuel allowances, food baskets, attendance bonuses, as well as enrollments and removals of beneficiaries from health and dental plans; * Assist in organizing celebratory and/or recognition events at each unit of the network; * Participate in the distribution of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) to employees; * Provide support to employees with questions and/or difficulties encountered at work.
