




Job Summary: This role provides essential support for onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits administration, as well as maintaining organized employee documentation and personnel files. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in onboarding and offboarding processes 2. Assistance in drafting employment contracts and timekeeping management 3. Payroll and benefits administration Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection and verification Support the drafting and updating of employment contracts Record electronic time clock data and manage attendance tracking Assist in payroll and benefits processing Organize and maintain up-to-date employee files and personnel records Assist in calculating vacation pay, severance payments, and the 13th salary Track and record medical certificates and leave requests Support benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, etc.) Issue labor-related declarations, letters, and documents as required Provide general support to the HR team in labor and administrative routines Maintenance and control of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
