Collaboration with cross-functional teams **Master Data Analyst \- SAP S/4HANA** ------------------------------------------- We are seeking a **Materials and Services Registration Analyst** to support an **SAP S/4HANA migration project**, ensuring master data quality, standardization, and integrity. On-site Work Location: Fortaleza or São Paulo (Morumbi) ### **Role Mission** Perform materials and services registration activities within the context of the SAP S/4HANA migration project, ensuring the quality, standardization, and integrity of migrated data. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze, review, and execute master data loads for materials and services (Material Master and Service Master), adhering to data governance policies. * Support handling and validation of Product Data Management (PDM) and material-specific business rules. * Validate material data loads, inventory, purchase orders, contracts, and manual registrations according to project-defined templates and standards. * Ensure data standardization and compliance with Master Data Management (MDM) policies and functional requirements. * Support the data team and operational areas in identifying and correcting inconsistencies in materials and services registrations. * Use Excel at an intermediate level for verification, reconciliation, and consolidation of information from multiple sources. * Collaborate with business areas to validate and approve migrated information. ### **Required and Preferred Qualifications** * Basic to intermediate knowledge of **SAP S/4HANA**, especially in modules **MM and PM**. * Prior experience in **ERP data loading or migration projects**. * Knowledge of **materials and services master data**, including categorization, coding, and units of measure. * Intermediate Excel skills and general understanding of databases. ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility for data quality. * Organizational skills and ability to follow predefined standards and processes. * Proactivity and commitment to deadlines and deliverables. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
