Job Summary: As the Corporate Controller, you serve as the guardian of Prohospital Group's economic and financial performance, structuring corporate governance and ensuring visibility into operational and strategic results. Act as a Business Partner to strategic departments **JOB OBJECTIVE (PJ position):** The Corporate Controller serves as the guardian of Prohospital Group's economic\-financial performance, responsible for structuring corporate governance and ensuring visibility into the operational and strategic results of the group's companies (Icleanpro, Health Clean, and Norclean\_ Fortaleza\- Ceará). **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Structure and optimize the Corporate Controller model (Management P&L, Management Balance Sheet, and Integrated Cash Flow — consolidated view and by business unit). Lead the development of the annual budget (Budget) and quarterly reviews (Forecast). Manage performance KPIs: gross margin by channel and product, EBITDA, cash conversion cycle, leverage ratio, ROI, and CAC for new customers. Implement and monitor internal controls, ensuring governance and fiscal\-accounting compliance. Support pricing decisions, scenario-based pricing, and portfolio-level margin analysis. Analyze investment feasibility, working capital requirements, and capital structure (debt vs. equity). Oversee credit and collections policy, reducing delinquency and improving DSO. Lead monthly management closing and prepare executive materials for the Executive Board and Board of Directors. Evaluate logistics costs, operational productivity, and SCM metrics using Sankhya and WMS systems. Act as Business Partner to Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations departments. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or Economics; * Postgraduate degree / MBA in Controllership, Finance, or Business Management (preferred); * Solid experience in controller and financial management within B2B businesses, preferably with: DistributionImportation / International Trade Logistics / Industrial Operations (a plus) * Proficiency in P&L, cash flow, industrial costing, and pricing under the Real Profit regime; * Experience with Sankhya ERP (a significant advantage) and BI tools; * Advanced Excel/Power BI skills. **SOFT SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:** * Owner mindset and hands-on approach; * Strong analytical ability \+ strategic vision; * Executive communication and ability to influence decision-makers; * Organization and discipline to deliver rigorous financial outcomes; * Critical thinking and priority management under high-pressure conditions. **BENEFITS:** Competitive salary aligned with seniority Annual performance bonus Support for courses and certifications Corporate benefits
