Support to employees on labor-related matters and benefits ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Manage hiring, termination, and contract termination processes, ensuring compliance with current legislation; Execute payroll closing, including salary calculations, overtime, allowances, deductions, social charges, and benefits; Monitor vacation periods (acquisition and concession periods), absences, leaves of absence, and medical certificates; Submit, verify, and track ancillary obligations such as eSocial, SEFIP/FGTS, DCTFWeb, and other relevant declarations; Calculate and verify labor charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, and union contributions); Provide employee support to clarify questions related to payroll, benefits, and labor legislation. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. ### **BENEFITS** Meal allowance: R$ 27.60/day Transportation voucher 100% company-paid health insurance Bonus Dental plan Wellhub (Gympass) Half\-day Off on your birthday ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract type:** CLT
