Job Summary: Controllership and cost professional to analyze expenses, optimize processes, and ensure product pricing based on financial analyses. Key Highlights: 1. In-depth cost analysis and pricing formation Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, Financial Management, or related fields; * Experience in controllership, cost analysis, or financial analysis; * Practical experience calculating Cost of Produced Product (CPP) and cost allocation; * Analysis of cost indicators: cost per unit, losses, waste, and efficiency; * Advanced Excel: pivot tables, charts, formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.) and dashboards; * Cost management and analysis (fixed, variable, direct, and indirect costs); * Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for report and dashboard generation. Responsibilities: * Review the company's monthly fixed expenses by analyzing monitoring reports and proposing improvements for process optimization and cost reduction; * Analyze payroll- and benefits-related allocations by cost center and nature of operation, identifying labor-related costs for each department; * Evaluate the Cost of Produced Product (CPP), analyzing production orders, average input costs, and performing specific calculations to support product pricing; * Analyze deviations between actual and budgeted costs, identifying root causes and jointly developing corrective action plans with responsible departments; * Develop comparative cost reports across periods, products, or suppliers to identify opportunities for expense reduction and operational efficiency improvement; * Support internal and external audits by providing detailed information on cost composition and requested analyses.
