




**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Attend to and guide customers in person; * Provide support in resolving customer issues and answering questions; * Handle complaints and information requests; * Assist in issuing various documents and certificates; * Support the team in managing and organizing customer service queues; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of branch processes and procedures; * And other related activities. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Currently enrolled in high school. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing; * Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities while remaining organized and meeting deadlines; * Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues from different areas of the company; * Familiarity with computer use and office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Proactive attitude toward learning and contributing to improvements.
