Description

**Activities:** * Provide **in-person** customer service. * Receive and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner. * Issue service requests. * Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. * Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and satisfactorily. * Record customer complaints, suggestions, and compliments. * Register and update customer data in the system. * Keep the service area clean and organized. * Work as part of a team with other service representatives to ensure quality service. * Perform other related duties as required.
