Post-sales follow-up and sector updates **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct active prospecting of new customers (companies, retailers, condominiums, institutions, etc.). * Serve and manage the existing customer portfolio, ensuring long-term relationships. * Present the product portfolio, demonstrating features and competitive advantages. * Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiate sales terms. * Achieve monthly revenue and sales volume targets. * Follow up on post-sales to ensure customer satisfaction. * Stay updated on new product launches and trends in the hygiene and cleaning sector.
