Practical, analytical, organized, and communicative profile **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking an Operational professional with a practical, analytical, and highly responsible profile to lead the operations of Delivery Mall units. This is a field-based role focused on ensuring lean operations, a clean and functional mall environment, failure prevention, incident response, and maintaining strong relationships with merchants. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Validate daily cleaning, opening, and closing checklists * Conduct on-site inspections following the weekly service route schedule * Collaborate with the customer success team during merchant onboarding and offboarding * Actively participate in infrastructure improvement projects * Ensure effective communication among merchants, internal teams, and third parties * Prepare weekly operational performance reports including photos, issues identified, and action plans **DESIRED PROFILE** * Organized, practical, and owner-oriented mindset * Communicative, firm, and respectful * Capable of promptly identifying issues and implementing simple solutions with agility **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience managing retail stores, shopping malls, or condominiums * Proficiency in Trello, WhatsApp, Google Drive, and ability to write clear, concise reports * Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday during business hours Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.650,00 – R$1.930,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: Onsite
