Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and organizing environments, removing and disposing of waste, caring for plants, and monitoring and managing cleaning supplies. Key Highlights: 1. Plant care and monitoring of supplies **Responsibilities:** Perform general cleaning, including furniture, floors, glass, windows, and restrooms; remove garbage and replenish hygiene and cleaning supplies in production areas; Collect and sort industrial and common waste, ensuring proper disposal in accordance with environmental regulations and company policies; Water and prune plants, and remove debris and weeds; Monitor consumption of cleaning products and request replenishment as needed; Maintain organization of the cleaning supplies storage area; Other duties related to this area. **Requirements:** Completed High School education Availability for Shift A: Monday to Saturday, from 5:40 AM to 2:00 PM **Benefits:** Food Basket; Transportation Allowance; Meals provided at the company; 3% productivity bonus based on monthly salary; Discounted purchase of company products; Dental plan via adhesion; Health insurance plan via adhesion; Partnership agreements with educational institutions for discounted tuition at ATENEU and UNIFOR institutions.
