Development of sales action plans **JOB: COMMERCIAL MANAGER – SPEED SPORTS COMPLEX** Do you have leadership qualities, enjoy challenges, and want to grow alongside a dynamic company? Then this opportunity is for you! We are the largest beach sports arena in the central region of Fortaleza. We offer beach tennis, volleyball, and footvolley, and feature extensive space for entertainment, gastronomy, and health services. We are looking for a Manager to directly oversee our team and ensure smooth operations across our complex. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare staff leave schedules and working hours; * Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback; * Place replenishment orders with suppliers; * Develop action plans to improve sales and key performance indicators; * Manage the team by tracking productivity and outcomes; * Ensure proper opening and closing routines for the arena; * Utilize reports for strategic decision-making; * Resolve conflicts and guarantee an optimal customer experience; * Prepare budgets for events held at the arena; * Prospect clients, suppliers, and partners; * Place orders for bar, kitchen, and sports equipment items; * Analyze and enhance commercial department metrics; * Coordinate and assist the staff team; * Be ready to solve problems and achieve results; * Provide front-desk customer service and present arena services. WHAT WE SEEK * Completed high school education (ongoing higher education is a plus); * Prior experience as a manager in other establishments; * Experience in sales, retail, and customer service; * Experience leading teams and managing operational routines; * Flexible availability for work hours; * Proficiency in computer tools (spreadsheets, systems, calendars, etc.); * Experience with cash register opening and closing procedures; * Communicative, proactive, solution-oriented, and team-spirited personality; * Organizational and cleanliness skills; * Focus on results, goals, and clearly defined objectives; * Confidence in problem resolution; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS * Salary: R$ 2.200,00; * Commission based on sales and achieved targets; * Meal allowance (VA); * Transportation allowance (VT). WORK SCHEDULE * Monday to Wednesday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM; * Thursday and Friday: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM; * Saturdays: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM (rotating/assigned by schedule).
