Control waste and receive goods Job Description: Job Description: The Lead Butcher will be responsible for leading the store's operational team, ensuring barbecue kit production, store organization, waste control, and goods receipt. They will also assist in daily cleaning and organization of the meat department. Main Responsibilities: * Produce barbecue kits according to demand; * Receive, inspect, and store goods; * Control waste and product quality; * Assist in daily cleaning of the meat department; * Maintain store organization and operations. Requirements: * Experience as a butcher, especially in cashier duties; * Completed high school education (not mandatory but preferred); * Must reside in Maracanaú (transportation allowance may be negotiated). Work Schedule: * Tuesday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (2-hour lunch break) * Friday and Saturday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (1 hour overtime) * Sunday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM * Day off on Monday (additional pay for working on day off) Salary and Benefits: * Salary: R$ 2.500,00 * Store credit of R$ 300.00 for in-store purchases (or equivalent cash payment at month-end, contingent upon attendance) Desired Profile: Proactive, responsible, with strong communication skills, committed to deadlines and quality, and capable of efficiently motivating and coordinating the team.
