Preparation of budgets and calculation reports We are looking for an **Engineering Analyst with a focus on Operations** to join our team. *‍ ️‍ ️* Please review the job description below and apply immediately if your profile matches. **Profile We Seek:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience working in technical offices and on construction projects involving physical-financial control, measurements, and contract management support; * Practical experience monitoring construction execution, controlling schedules, and analyzing performance indicators; * Solid knowledge of construction execution and management; reading and coordinating architectural, structural, and complementary designs; experience preparing and managing construction budgets, including cost composition and feasibility analysis; preparation and verification of calculation reports; experience drafting and analyzing contract amendments; preparation of contract adjustments, including proficiency with applicable indices and calculation documentation; * Experience with the Informakon system is a plus. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Critical analysis of construction budgets; * Preparation of execution budgets for construction projects, including cost composition and quantity take-offs; * Analysis and coordination of designs; * Implementation of budgetary changes within the Informakon system; * Preparation of calculation reports; * Technical and economic feasibility studies for construction projects; * Proposal of cost reduction measures and alternative execution methods; * Issuance of technical documents, including ART (Technical Responsibility Registration); * Monitoring of physical and contractual deadlines; * Preparation of contract adjustments; * Preparation of technical designs, where applicable. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * *Day off*; * *Beach Tennis* every Friday. **Work Modality:** 100% On-site **Work Location:** R.
