Our team is committed to advancing *in vitro* diagnostics, information technology, workflow analysis, and life sciences for clinical laboratories. **... build a promising future** Responsibilities: The Technical Service Representative I’s primary challenge is to perform field technical support activities on Sysmex equipment, visiting customers whenever necessary. **Key Activities and Responsibilities:** * Install, maintain, and repair Sysmex instruments and systems, including: + Identifying and analyzing Sysmex instrument issues. + Performing repairs according to specifications. + Prioritizing exceptional issues to minimize customer downtime. + Conducting pre-installation surveys, installations, scheduled maintenance, and approved modifications per Sysmex policies. + Scheduling modifications per Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) and Engineering Change Request (ECR). * Support and assume ownership of technical issues for existing customers. * Collaborate with other Sysmex colleagues (FSR, TC, HSAM, TIS) to ensure issue resolution and maximize customer satisfaction. * Accurately document all service-related activities promptly and professionally, including inventory records, service orders, expense reports, and all other required documentation. * Perform activities within established standards, including but not limited to meeting time targets for scheduled maintenance, modifications, service requests, and installations. * Duties include: + Managing expenses per guidelines. + Maintaining a high level of customer management and organizational skills. + Maintaining control over spare parts inventory and all company assets. + Performing duties in a manner that builds trust and promotes goodwill. + Maintaining/Improving credibility regarding the quality of Sysmex products and services. + Promoting Sysmex America, Inc. as the market leader in Diagnostics. + Promoting effective, positive, and productive communication and teamwork among all colleagues. + Other duties and projects as assigned.
