Job Summary: Professional to lead physical and financial planning and control for complex construction projects, with a focus on Data Centers and hospitals, using Primavera P6. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and control of highly complex construction projects 2. Focus on Data Center and healthcare facility projects 3. Mandatory use of Primavera P6 Lead physical and financial planning and control for highly complex construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards, with emphasis on Data Center and healthcare facility projects; Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and prepare detailed schedules in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and MS Project; Develop S-curves, resource histograms, critical path analyses, and scenario analyses; Lead medium- and short-term planning (Last Planner methodology / look-ahead); Monitor physical progress, measurements, rescheduling, and report schedule and cost variances; Integrate planning information with budgeting, procurement, and production; Support preparation of executive reports and participation in progress meetings with clients and stakeholders. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Experience working with companies in the civil construction sector; Experience in Data Center projects and healthcare/hospital construction or EPC projects; Proficiency in Primavera P6 software (essential); Willingness to travel and relocate; Advanced English proficiency is a plus.
