




Job Summary: An engineer to lead multidisciplinary industrial projects and construction works, responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management—from conception to delivery. Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Engineer to lead multidisciplinary industrial projects and construction works across all phases. The professional will be responsible for overseeing construction works in São Paulo, with potential expansion across the entire national territory, requiring availability for medium- to long-term commitments. * Responsibilities include drafting technical specifications and scopes, preparing AutoCAD drawings, managing contracted teams, robust project communication management, planning and controlling schedules, preparing project reports, developing and qualifying suppliers, preparing project budget spreadsheets, supervising and monitoring industrial projects, startups, and delivery to stakeholders. Initial construction works in São Paulo (Vila Prudente), Osasco, Itupeva, and Jandira. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the chemical industry. A postgraduate degree in Project Management is a plus. Experience in industrial expansion is a plus. Experience in packaging, labeling, and filling machine projects is a plus. Experience in multidisciplinary project management. Scope management. Schedule management. Strong stakeholder communication skills. Proven problem-solving ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Proficiency in MS Project. Responsibilities: Developing and managing construction schedules. Coordinating and supervising work teams. Ensuring safety on construction sites, being responsible for compliance with internal/external regulations. Resolving technical and administrative challenges during construction execution. Ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Maintaining detailed records and progress reports.
