Garrafão Brasil, a market-leading company in mineral water packaging manufacturing, is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team under CLT employment. As a Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: \- Managing the production team, guiding and supervising employees' work; \- Ensuring achievement of production goals and deadlines, identifying and resolving potential issues; \- Controlling product quality through inspections and implementing corrective actions when necessary; \- Monitoring efficient use of resources, materials, and equipment; \- Preparing performance and productivity reports; \- Participating in planning meetings and decision-making processes. REQUIREMENTS: To assume this position, we expect you to have: \- Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields. \- Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Production Team Leader or Production Supervisor; \- Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills; \- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control; \- Familiarity with productivity indicators and team management; \- Availability to work on-site (business hours, Monday to Saturday \- 44 hours per week).
