Key responsibilities include: * Supporting department managers in process standardization; * Preparing performance reports; * Tracking and recording non-conformities, and supporting corrective action plans; * Assisting in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits; * Monitoring and supporting departments in filling out and tracking performance indicators; * Conducting training and awareness programs for staff on quality best practices; * Contributing to the implementation of quality and environmental certification programs and labels. **BENEFITS:** 1.
