Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing the maintenance department, performing general services such as welding, painting, electrical repairs, and purchasing materials, as well as monitoring demands via Trello. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance department management and team guidance 2. Execution of general services, including welding and electrical repairs 3. Work across multiple stores and daily demand management Manage the maintenance department and provide guidance to team members; Perform welding tasks when necessary, as assistants are currently not authorized to do so; Conduct store painting; Address store-related electrical issues; Purchase materials for stores. When assistants identify the need for repairs at a store, they signal it so that material purchases can be made; Be aware of and handle daily demands and unexpected issues arising at stores; Monitor the Trello application for store demands and update the application according to deadlines; Perform welding; Handle tasks involving electrical panels and generators; currently, assistants lack authorization due to insufficient knowledge; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.206,13 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
