Job Summary: General maintenance professional responsible for performing masonry, plumbing, carpentry, and floor installation tasks, ensuring conservation and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Support in maintenance and construction services (carpentry, masonry, plumbing) 2. Preparation and organization of work materials 3. Tool maintenance and compliance with safety regulations **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform tasks according to established deadlines, safeguarding materials and avoiding waste; * Support maintenance services for furniture (carpentry) and ceiling installations using PVC or plasterboard; * Support masonry activities, such as wall construction and general plastering; * Support plumbing tasks, including repairs and construction; * Support floor installation; * Lay bricks and tiles, and plaster constructed structures; * Support maintenance and minor construction works involving masonry, concrete, and other materials; * Support painters and masons in wall, ceiling, and slab cladding, as well as final finishing required for the job; * Support installation of door frames, doors, and windows, using appropriate tools and following specifications from blueprints, drawings, and work orders; * Prepare materials to be used in general work and repairs; * Perform cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areas, paying attention to hygiene and compliance with standardized safety and environmental regulations; * Collaborate in maintaining tools, utensils, equipment, and other general-use company items under the department’s custody; * Assist in transporting materials such as sand, cement, gravel, etc. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Elementary education; * Carpentry skills; * Basic knowledge of masonry.
