Job Summary: Professional responsible for cutting, deboning, and preparing meats; customer service; restocking and organizing the butcher section; ensuring quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Guarantee of food quality and safety **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Cut, debone, and prepare various cuts of meat for display and sale; * Provide customer service; * Ensure adequate stock levels in the meat section; * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and equipment; * Assist in inventory, supply, and department item tracking and control; * Ensure proper condition and appropriate use of department equipment; * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards; * Ensure accurate pricing of department products; * Assist with other department activities as needed. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role.
