




Job Summary: Responsible for structuring, executing, and monitoring Training & Development and Internal Communication initiatives, aiming to standardize processes, develop teams, and enhance engagement. Improvement of engagement, retention, and organizational climate ### **Job Purpose** To structure, execute, and monitor the Group Quik’s **Training & Development and Internal Communication initiatives**, ensuring **onboarding standardization**, **technical and behavioral development of operational teams and leaders**, and promoting **engagement, retention, and reduction of turnover and absenteeism**, using HR indicators and digital tools. ### **Training & Development (T&D)** * Update, structure, and implement the **institutional onboarding program**, ensuring adaptation across all **business verticals** (Parking & Valet, Facilities, Security, and Backoffice). * Design, organize, and deliver **technical and operational training**, either in-person and/or online, according to operational needs. * Develop and conduct **on-the-job training**, in partnership with operational leaders, ensuring correct process execution at the workplace. * Structure and implement **leadership development pathways for operational leaders** (team leaders and supervisors), focusing on: * People management * Day-to-day leadership * Operational discipline * Communication and feedback * Support the design and implementation of the **performance evaluation cycle**, including: * Parameter definition and communication to managers and employees. * Deadline tracking. * Results consolidation. * Operate and monitor the performance cycle using the **Sólides tool**, ensuring adherence to the HR-defined methodology. ### **Internal Communication** * Draft **institutional and operational internal announcements**, ensuring clarity, accessible language, and alignment with Group Quik’s culture. * Ensure **distribution and management of announcements** via the company’s **official communication tool**. * Support internal campaigns related to: * onboarding * training * engagement initiatives * process changes * Support visual and textual standardization of internal materials, in partnership with Marketing (where applicable). ### **Engagement, Retention, and Organizational Climate** * Plan and implement **engagement initiatives targeting operational staff**, focusing on: * reducing turnover * reducing absenteeism * strengthening the sense of belonging * Support the application and analysis of **organizational climate surveys**, where applicable. * Collaborate closely with operational leaders to identify **behavioral and competency bottlenecks**. ### **Education** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in: * Human Resources * Psychology * Business Administration * Corporate Pedagogy * Related fields ### **Experience** * Prior experience as a T&D Analyst, Generalist HR professional, or in related areas. * Experience working in **operational environments with large employee volumes** is considered a plus. * Experience with **onboarding, operational training, and frontline leadership development**. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Knowledge of **Training & Development** and **Performance Evaluation**. * Knowledge of and/or experience with the **Sólides tool** (or similar systems). * Proficiency in **PowerPoint** for creating presentations and training materials. * Familiarity with **T&D indicators and metrics**. * Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver in-person training.
