Job Summary: Civil Engineering professional to support feasibility analysis, project development, budget management, and technical supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Managing budgets and technical documentation using Informakon REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Civil Engineering * Knowledge of the Informakon system * Project management experience * Budgeting experience MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support technical and financial feasibility analysis of land; * Assist in preliminary project development and mass studies; * Supervise and coordinate executive projects across different disciplines; * Support preparation, control, and adjustments of budgets in **Informakon**; * Organize technical documentation for bank financing and measurements with Caixa; * Request and supervise technical feasibility assessments with utility providers; * Support hiring and supervision of designers and technical studies; * Control project deadlines, documentation, and modifications; * Use systems such as **Informakon** and **Construcode** for information management; * Provide support to Legalization, Procurement, and Construction departments; * Focus on quality, safety, organization, and continuous improvement.
