Its railway network connects the ports of **Itaqui (São Luís/MA)**, **Pecém (São Gonçalo do Amarante/CE)**, and **Mucuripe (Fortaleza/CE)**, playing a strategic role in logistics and regional development. Established in 2012 following the spin-off of Transnordestina Logística S/A, FTL manages a railway network of approximately **1\.237 km**, handling around **2.9 million net tons in 2024**. **Nursing Internship Opportunity** We currently have an opening for a **Nursing Internship**, aimed at students who wish to develop technical and administrative competencies by supporting clinical care and health management routines in an organizational environment that is welcoming, challenging, and collaborative. **Academic Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Nursing Technician program **Responsibilities** * Assist in monitoring and recording clinical care data and indicators; * Support clinical care routines as directed by the nursing team; * Support the development, updating, and implementation of care plans and actions focused on continuous improvement of clinical processes; * Assist in analyzing incidents, occurrences, and patient safety practices; * Organize and update medical records, documents, and departmental logs; * Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and technical presentations; * Support the nursing team’s operational routines, contributing to high-quality patient care; * Collaborate in organizing and analyzing technical information to support management decision-making. **Requirements** * Enrolled in a Nursing undergraduate program from the 4th semester onward; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Organized, proactive, responsible profile with strong willingness to learn; * Good communication skills, empathy, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience or familiarity with Hospital Management Systems (e.g., MV, Tasy); * Knowledge of clinical protocols and Patient Safety standards; * Basic understanding of quality tools and process improvement methodologies. **Benefits** * **Meal Allowance:** BRL 917.00 * **TotalPass** * **Gympass** * **Hapvida Health Plan – 100% covered by the company** **Why Intern at Transnordestina?** At Transnordestina, you’ll have the opportunity to **learn through hands-on experience**, develop technical and behavioral skills, and grow professionally while contributing to a **project of great significance for logistics and national development**.
