Manage end-to-end projects, leading from requirements gathering to deployment Responsible for designing and implementing strategic technological solutions for logistics operations and system integration, modernizing platforms and optimizing data infrastructure, to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enable data-driven decision-making. * Develop customized technological solutions for logistics operations, creating route planning, telematics, and fleet management systems to optimize processes and reduce operational costs; * Modernize legacy systems by conducting critical analysis and identifying code refactoring needs, ensuring greater efficiency and adaptability to evolving business requirements; * Implement system integrations by designing robust APIs to connect ERP, TMS, and WMS, ensuring continuous and reliable information flow across platforms; * Manage end-to-end projects, leading from requirements gathering through to final deployment, meeting deadlines and strategically allocating resources; * Document architectures and workflows by preparing detailed technical specifications to maintain quality standards and facilitate future maintenance; * Model analytical databases, structuring information for BI to enable extraction of valuable insights for strategic decision-making; * Understand internal and external customer needs and translate them into detailed technical specifications for solution development; * Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures, refining database performance to ensure rapid responses even with large data volumes; * Implement security protocols, applying OWASP standards and LGPD compliance to protect sensitive data and prevent vulnerabilities; * Enhance application performance through tuning, improving efficiency and user experience; * Propose innovative architectures, designing scalable and highly available solutions to prepare systems for future growth; * Assist in safeguarding work equipment as well as maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness; * Comply with company policies, guidelines, and procedures, including any newly established ones; * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
