Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks, while guiding the team in creating automated scripts, aiming for continuous optimization of testing processes. Monitor and manage the defect lifecycle—from identification through resolution—ensuring traceability of issues and promoting corrective and preventive actions. Perform and coordinate system and API integration testing, ensuring interoperability among different software components and services. Execute and lead performance, load, and stress testing to validate software scalability, using specialized tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and identifying performance bottlenecks. Define and implement quality practices across all stages of the software development lifecycle, including code audits and process reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards. Produce detailed reports on software quality, test metrics, defect rates, and improvement suggestions for project management and stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.). Experience with performance testing and tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner. Proficiency in programming languages for test automation, such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence. Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration (CI/CD), with experience in tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI.
