Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Negotiation techniques; * Advanced Excel knowledge (Power BI is desirable); * Knowledge of strategic sourcing is a plus; * Familiarity with the Totvs system is a plus; * Availability to work for a fixed term (6–7 months); * Develop service procurement activities based on Sourcing strategies; * Identify and develop new suppliers through market research, benchmarking, supplier qualification documents, among others; * Analyze procurement costs against the ABC cost curve and the budgeted values for each project; * Manage procurements according to the specificities of their portfolio; * Prepare analyses and monitor performance indicators for their portfolio; participate in developing procedures and control processes for the area; * Conduct analyses and comparative studies on the feasibility of new products and technologies; * Visit construction sites to monitor performance and quality of contracted services and/or purchased products; * Participate in meetings with managers and construction sites, serving as a tactical support and operational assistance point. 2512210202551875702
