Full-time **About the Position** We are seeking a Process Analyst to join our project team. This professional will work directly with clients on process elicitation, analysis, and modeling activities, as well as participate in implementing innovative technological solutions. Upon hiring, the analyst will receive specialized training on the Docusign CLM platform—a market-leading solution for contract management and document workflow automation. **Responsibilities** Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings with clients for process elicitation and analysis. Map, document, and model business processes based on BPM best practices. Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and governance. Support the design and validation of process workflows in BPMS tools and subsequently in Docusign CLM. Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment between processes and implemented solutions. Develop clear, structured documentation of processes, requirements, and workflows. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Prior experience in client-facing process elicitation and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM), including notations such as BPMN. Experience in business process analysis and improvement projects. Desirable Prior experience with any BPMS tool (e.g., Bizagi, Bonita, Pipefy, Camunda, Appian, etc.). Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience in digital transformation projects.
