About the Position The role entails serving as a technical reference in Human Resources, leading initiatives that integrate HR subsystems and support leadership decision-making. This position carries strategic responsibilities, contributing to strengthening organizational culture, developing talent, evolving people management processes, and analyzing metrics that support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities * Lead strategic recruitment processes and critical organizational positions. * Support leadership in defining talent attraction and selection strategies. * Monitor strategic HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, engagement, and productivity. * Support decisions related to employee management and organizational structure. * Design employee and leadership development programs. * Lead performance management and organizational development initiatives. * Support succession planning and career progression programs. * Contribute to strengthening organizational culture and employee engagement. * Conduct analyses related to job architecture and compensation. * Prepare strategic HR management reports and analyses. * Lead continuous improvement projects in HR processes. * Utilize data and metrics to support strategic HR management decisions. Minimum Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree in: + Business Administration + Psychology + Human Resource Management * Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources with proven expertise across multiple HR subsystems. * Experience in organizational development and performance management projects. * Experience analyzing strategic HR metrics. Preferred Qualifications * Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Organizational Development, or related fields * Experience with People Analytics and strategic HR data analysis * Experience designing leadership development programs * Experience in HR transformation or HR function structuring projects * Experience in corporate environments with multiple business units
