Controller Analyst Will serve as the analytical and operational right hand of the CFO, supporting strategic decision-making through the organization, analysis, and consolidation of sensitive and confidential information. The position requires a high level of methodology, critical thinking, and clear communication with executives and partners. Main Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze managerial and financial reports to support decision-making; Access systems and databases, performing data cross-referencing, simulations, and critical analyses; Organize and maintain files, versions, and strategic materials accessible to the board; Prepare executive presentations (PPT, PDF, and Word) for meetings with partners; Manage strategic schedules, meetings, and links, ensuring efficiency and prioritization; Draft meeting minutes with action plans and track execution with leadership; Support due diligence processes for group companies; Work integrally with accounting, tax, cost, and finance departments. Technical Profile: Degree in Controller, Finance, Accounting, or related fields; Experience in data management and analysis; Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, and corporate systems; Experience with controller routines and processes.
