Apply now!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions, including ETL/ELT, data modeling, dashboards, and analytical reports; * Collaborate with business areas to gather requirements and understand analytical needs; * Ensure data quality, performance, and governance across BI solutions; * Implement best practices for version control, testing, and documentation of BI projects; * Provide technical support to team members, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices; * Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams on integrated projects involving Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and cloud-based solutions; * Participate in agile ceremonies (Kanban/Scrum), actively contributing to continuous process improvement; * Guarantee the integrity and accuracy of information delivered to end users. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory skills:** * Solid experience developing BI solutions, with proficiency in SQL Server and tools such as Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, and Paginated Reports); * Knowledge of dimensional modeling (Data Warehouse and Data Mart) and multidimensional/tabular tools; * Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SSIS; * Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS and Databricks; * Familiarity with code versioning (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices; * Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage end-to-end deliveries; * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). **Desirable skills:** * Defining architecture while serving as Technical Reference; * Amazon QuickSight; * Python. **Additional information** **Hybrid Work Model:** 2 days per week in the office.
