This position is essential to ensure excellence in our projects and services, and you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and correcting any failures or deviations from established standards. Main Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain quality controls and indicators; * Develop analytical and managerial reports, focusing on performance, compliance, and continuous improvement; * Create presentations for reporting results; * Analyze numerical trends, identify GAPS and opportunities for process improvement; * Monitor quality-related metrics; * Support the Quality department and leadership with structured and reliable information. Requirements: * High school diploma; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel (tables, formulas, data organization); * Aptitude for data analysis, organization, and attention to detail; * Strong written communication skills and ability to synthesize information for report writing.
