




Job Summary: Responsible for the development of civil projects, coordinating the hiring and management of designers, technical analysis, and integration of complementary projects. Ensure the organization and updating of the technical project archive **Role/Description of Responsibilities:** · Lead the process of hiring and managing designers and external consultants responsible for complementary projects, such as structural, electrical, hydraulic, fire protection, and HVAC; · Conduct technical analysis of received projects, verifying compliance with regulations, internal standards, and project guidelines; · Facilitate integration among various disciplines’ projects, identifying interferences and jointly proposing technical solutions with designers; · Coordinate and control the project revision workflow, ensuring all updates are properly recorded, distributed, and implemented; · Monitor project and revision delivery deadlines, ensuring adherence to the project schedule; · Support the construction team in clarifying technical questions related to the projects; · Ensure the organization and updating of the technical project archive, including final versions and documentation of revision history; · Consolidate and validate *as-built* drawings, ensuring they accurately reflect what was constructed on site. **Prerequisites:** · Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; · Active CREA registration; · Knowledge of technical standards applicable to civil construction; · Proficiency in reading and interpreting execution drawings; · Proficiency in analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI); · Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Prior experience in project coordination or BIM; · Field experience on construction sites. **Desired Qualities:** * Excellent communication skills; * Attention to detail; * Conflict resolution ability; * Focus on technical quality; * Organizational skills; * Teamwork; * Strategic vision; * Sense of urgency; * Negotiation skills; * Proactivity; * Responsibility; * Professional ethics. **Job Objectives:** To be responsible for the development of civil projects. **Residence Requirement:** Americana, Santa Bárbara d’Oeste, or Nova Odessa. **Willingness to Travel:** No. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. **Work Location:** Americana/SP – 100% on-site. **Benefits:** · Medical insurance; · Dental insurance; · Meal allowance; · Birthday leave; · Group life insurance; · Christmas bonus card.
