




Job Summary: Work within Project Controlling, focusing on controlling and issuing purchase orders to domestic and international suppliers, procurement management, and supporting financial reconciliations for renewable energy projects. You will work within Project Controlling to manage and issue purchase orders to domestic and international suppliers, primarily for direct invoicing under EPC-type contracts. * ERP and platform knowledge, with emphasis on SAP MM for procurement, data analysis using Tableau, Thomson Reuters’ ONESOURCE Global Trade (OSGT) solution for foreign trade automation, and NFe integration tools. * Primary point of contact for creating, editing, and closing purchase orders, as well as registering suppliers, materials, and/or services in SAP for the Implementation Department. * Support reconciliations and accounting entries related to projects, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting practices and guidelines. * Provide direct support to the Owner’s administrative and engineering analysts. * Assist Project Controlling Analysts with matters relevant to PMO audits. * Support internal procedures, internal controls, and Project Controlling KPIs. * Interface with business areas/internal clients: Providing direct support to Treasury, Financial Structuring, Tax, and Corporate Controlling departments, as well as other departments requesting purchase orders for projects. * Manage procurement processes for the Project Implementation area (control and issuance of purchase orders) for renewable energy park construction. * Manage the vendor list for the Project Implementation area. **Responsibilities and Duties** Creation and updating of purchase orders in SAP, especially in operationalizing the direct invoicing workflow under EPC-type contracts; * Request and monitor the Central Registration Team for creation of material, service, supplier, and bank account codes in SAP; * Manage direct invoicing registrations (request subcontractor Compliance review, document signing, verify purchase order mirror and tax checklist, and create purchase order in SAP); * Close purchase orders in SAP after contract and invoicing completion; * Update purchase order information in control documents (contract control spreadsheet and Click\-Up); * Support the PMO Planning Team in verifying contract control values versus SAP purchase orders and their variations (adjustments and addenda); * Coordinate travel team requests and manage itinerary reservations (vehicle, accommodation, airfare) for inspections and tests conducted by the Owner’s Engineering team; * Collaborate on action plans to improve managed processes; * Support implementation of rigorous internal controls to prevent fraud and errors in financial transactions; * Support updating of accounts payable performance indicators, ensuring necessary actions are taken when deviations are identified. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required Knowledge * Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite; Excel is a plus. * System knowledge, preferably SAP ERP, specifically the Materials Management (MM) module. * Experience in procurement, supply chain, and creation of purchase orders in an ERP system; * Knowledge of tax-related information (identify taxes collected on invoices for inclusion in purchase orders).
