**Planning Analyst \| Beer Warehouse** **We are looking for a Planning Analyst** to work on planning, analysis and cost control, budgets and strategic controls of the Beer Warehouse, transforming data into reliable information that supports decision-making and continuous improvement of business results! If you have an analytical profile, a critical mindset and ease in turning data into actionable insights, this position is for you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, monitor and analyze costs, budget and other company strategic controls; * Design, maintain and enhance management reports, KPIs and dashboards to support strategic decisions by the Executive Management; * Conduct performance analyses, variance analyses, scenario assessments and projections; * Ensure reliability, consistency and timeliness of information and databases; * Support management in decision-making through structured analyses and recommendations; * Interact with internal departments to collect, validate and consolidate information; * Manage, improve and create control tools; * Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains and cost reduction. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** **HARD SKILLS** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields; * **Advanced Excel** (data analysis, data entry and building models and controls); * Experience in **cost analysis**; * Experience in **budgetary control** and budget monitoring; * Ability to **create, maintain and manage control tools**; * Knowledge of **financial concepts** applied to analysis and decision-making. **SOFT SKILLS** * **Analytical ability and critical thinking**, with close attention to data and scenarios; * **Systems thinking**, understanding how analyses impact different areas and overall business results; * **Clear and concise communication**, capable of translating numbers into understandable information for diverse departments; * **Organization and discipline**, handling multiple demands, deadlines and routine controls; * **Attention to detail**, ensuring consistency, reliability and quality of information; * **Proactivity and sense of responsibility**, autonomously identifying improvements; * **Ethical conduct and confidentiality**, when handling sensitive information; * **Flexibility and resilience**, adapting to business changes and shifting priorities; * **Strong interpersonal skills**, collaborating effectively across departments. **On-site availability in Bebedouro \- SP is mandatory.** Desirable Requirements * Knowledge of **Power BI and other data analysis and visualization tools**; * Experience in **retail environments** or high-volume operations; * Experience with **performance indicators (KPIs)** and results analysis; * Ability to work closely with operations and turn data into practical guidance.
