We are hiring a Performance Engineer to coordinate Performance Testing for SAP S/4HANA, with responsibility for the entire cycle of planning, strategy, design, execution, and reporting of tests. We seek a professional with strong technical knowledge and proven experience in Performance Testing in SAP environments, capable of leading critical initiatives, interacting with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring the quality and performance of S/4HANA solutions. Main responsibilities: • Coordinate Performance Testing for SAP S/4HANA environments; • Define performance testing strategy and planning; • Lead the design and execution of tests; • Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements; • Prepare technical and managerial performance reports; • Ensure alignment among technical, functional, and business teams; • Support critical decisions related to system stability and scalability.
