**Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related fields \- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel; Power BI and Protheus knowledge will be a plus \- Experience with KPIs, ERP usage, and hands-on experience in the PCP area \- Must reside with easy access to the Taboão neighborhood in São Bernardo do Campo \- SP **Responsibilities:** \- Use analytical tools to collect and interpret production data, generating detailed reports for the department; \- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, productivity, and cycle time; \- Update daily reports used for cross-departmental decision-making (Sales/Production), as well as S\&OE and S\&OP meetings.
