Job Summary: Nursing internship to provide administrative and operational support in outpatient healthcare routines, focusing on document organization and assistance to clinical processes. Key Responsibilities * Support administrative and operational routines within healthcare departments; * Organize, verify, assemble, and archive documents, medical records, and forms; * Digitize documents, control incoming and outgoing documents, and maintain physical and digital archives; * Populate and update control spreadsheets and databases; * Enter and retrieve information in internal systems (especially IW system); * Assist with receipt, verification, and control of progress notes, referral forms, and other documents required for clinical and billing processes; * Support auditing, billing, and document analysis processes to prevent non-conformities; * Assist in tracking health insurance authorizations and related requests; * Communicate and provide administrative support to patients, family members, service providers, and internal teams (by phone, WhatsApp, or in person); * Assist in developing and updating flowcharts, procedures, SOPs, and work instructions; * Perform other related administrative tasks as required by the department. General Requirements: * Currently enrolled in a Nursing undergraduate program (from the 2nd semester onward); * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) preferred.
