Job Summary: Professional to manage inventory, stocktaking, movements, receiving, and storage operations using WMS and ERP systems. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in inventory and stock management 2. Proficiency in management systems (WMS, ERP such as DATASUL/PROTHEUS) 3. Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and KPIs Requirements: Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Proven Experience: Prior experience as a stock analyst, warehouse clerk, stock management professional, or in similar roles. Candidates must demonstrate experience in inventory management, movement control, receiving, loading, and storage. System Proficiency: Proficiency in stock management systems (WMS – Warehouse Management System) and integrated management systems (ERP), such as DATASUL / PROTHEUS. Data Analysis: Advanced skills in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) for creating and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs) and data reconciliation. Additional Skills (Preferred): Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma). Ability to identify problems and propose proactive solutions to optimize processes.
