The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of computers and systems used by the company. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure the proper functioning of computers, systems, and the company’s IT infrastructure. * Internal user support: incident handling, help-desk requests, resolution of basic hardware, * software, and network issues. * Administration or support for network services (e.g., DHCP, DNS) and domain/account management (via Active Directory). * Assist in maintaining the IT infrastructure: configurations, updates, patch application, backups, etc. * Collaborate with the technical team and report directly to the manager. **CANDIDATE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** * Technical knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS; * Ability to learn quickly, proactivity, and autonomy when addressing IT issues in smaller infrastructures; * Cultural fit: alignment with values of collaboration, geographical proximity, strong communication skills, and willingness to grow; * Desire or potential to progress, as one of the objectives is internal retention and development; * Junior-level position, but requiring sufficient technical foundation to promptly handle support tasks and learn on the job. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: R$ 2.500,00 to R$ 2.700,00; * Health and dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Relaxed and collaborative work environment.
