Job Summary: An engineering professional providing technical support for assembly, documentation preparation, problem resolution, and new project development. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for mechanical, electronic, and machine parameter adjustments. 2. Preparation of process documentation and assistance in problem resolution. 3. Assistance in the development and installation of devices for new projects. Provide support to the Assembly Department through mechanical, electronic, and parameter adjustments on assembly machines, thermal/vibration welding equipment, adhesive/glue application systems, and any other tasks requiring Engineering Department support. Prepare process documentation such as work instructions, device checklists, schedules, and any other documents involving the Engineering Department. Assist in preparing documents including defect/failure action plans, capability studies, root cause analyses, and production problem resolutions. Manage the department’s management system through related documents and forms. Demonstrate analytical capability for problem resolution, aiming to improve product quality, reduce line downtime, and enhance assembly line performance. Assist in the development, construction, and installation of devices/equipment for new projects and production lines.
