Conduct recruitment and selection processes (internal and external). Handle onboarding and integration of new employees. Plan and monitor vacation scheduling. Promote quality-of-life initiatives and employee assistance programs. Manage performance evaluation systems (IDP, Feedbacks, 1:1 Meetings). Execute internal marketing activities (birthdays / events / festive dates, etc.). Conduct feedback sessions acting as an intermediary between senior management and team leaders. Monitor and improve HR KPI results. Administer the Job Position and Salary Plan. Act strategically and analytically. Ensure timely delivery of personnel department matters (hiring, vacations, terminations, payroll, etc.). Perform other duties inherent to this role. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
