We are looking for an HR Department Analyst to join the Accounting team of a local office located in Lajeado. If you seek a collaborative environment with genuine opportunities for professional growth and development, this position is for you. **Responsibilities:** * Execute employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including reviewing employment contracts, termination agreements, and related documents for union homologation; * Monitor and guide corrections of inconsistencies in electronic and manual timekeeping records; * Verify payroll and advance processing, checking salary postings and calculations, overtime, benefits, and statutory charges; * Stay updated on changes in labor and social security legislation, applying them to HR department routines and ensuring operational compliance; * Provide customer support and service, clarifying questions regarding payroll, benefits, labor rights, and other matters; * Calculate vacation entitlements; calculate and submit statutory charges (FGTS, INSS, and other applicable contributions), as well as mandatory declarations such as DIRF, SEFIP, and DCTFWEB; * Possess knowledge of issuing Certificates of Tax Compliance (CND) related to labor obligations (FGTS, INSS) and managing debt installment plans in cases of non-payment; * Calculate domestic worker payroll and pro-labore payments; * Coordinate submission of information to e-Social, ensuring accuracy and fulfillment of legal obligations; * Guide and train HR assistants and clerks on daily HR department routines. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields; * Experience working in an accounting firm; * Proficiency in the SCI system. **Benefits offered:** * Transportation Allowance (provided as bus passes); * Meal Allowance: BRL 28.00 per day; * Health Insurance: Unimed; * Birthday Day Off (if the birthday falls on a weekend, the day off is granted on the following Monday); * Life Insurance Join our team We look forward to meeting you!
