




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR and Payroll Analyst to manage HR and Payroll routines in a structured and responsible manner within a growing group, with emphasis on organization and compliance. Your Mission To be the person responsible for **organizing, systematizing, and ensuring compliance** across all HR and Payroll routines of the group’s companies, operating in a **centralized** manner, with process-oriented vision, accountability, and close interaction with leadership. You will be part of the **decision-making structure**, with space to propose improvements and organize what is still under development. About the Group We operate across **different business sectors**, including: * Educational publishing house * Restaurants * Toy manufacturing company All have active teams, recurring demands, and a robust system (**Sólides**) that automates much of the routine work. Your role will be to **make this system function with excellence**. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities – Payroll Department * Process **payroll** * Manage **hiring, dismissals, and vacations** * Administer **employee benefits** * Monitor **electronic timekeeping** * Organize and maintain **labor documentation** * Ensure compliance with **labor legislation** * Interface with **accounting and legal support** Human Resources * Organize and maintain the annual **HR calendar** * Establish **clear, documented processes** * Support leaders in people management * Handle **internal communications** * Support performance evaluations and IDPs (Individual Development Plans) * Centralize strategic HR information * Use **Sólides** as the primary working tool How You’ll Connect with Leadership * Direct reporting to the **Operations Director** * Close contact with **partners and leadership** * At the restaurant, direct interface with **Operations Management** Here, you will have **a voice, attentive listening, and responsibility**.
