Develop reports and dashboards on people management metrics. Identify opportunities for improving HR processes. Minimum Requirements * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in: + Business Administration + Psychology + Human Resource Management + People Management + or related fields * Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources, covering multiple HR subsystems. * Experience in recruitment and selection processes and supporting people management routines. * Experience with HR metrics and data analysis within HR.
