Job Summary: We are seeking a TRANSPORTATION ANALYST to handle freight control, payment and negotiations, document management, and interaction with carriers and customers. Key Highlights: 1. Come connect with us! **What are the key challenges in this role?** * **Responsible for freight control, payment, and negotiations; (MANDATORY)** * Management of departmental documents (CTEs and MDFs); * Interaction with carriers; * Freight monitoring and management; * Interaction with internal and external customers. * Conducting the review of orders to be routed (New Orders, D\-1 Failures, Unprocessed Orders) and their current status according to deadlines; * Scheduling and accepting daily routes for the customer; * Creating, managing, and publishing the daily driver and vehicle schedule for loading; * Ensuring periodic vehicle maintenance by drivers; * Preparing analytical reports on individual driver performance. * Ensuring RAC fleet quality standards (preservation, corrective and preventive maintenance); * Analyzing the daily billable order portfolio, identifying and reporting risks of order cancellations, and billing as necessary; * Monitoring the billing and dispatch workflow, tracking deadlines, and prioritizing critical orders to ensure urgent deliveries; **In addition, what else do you need?** · Proactivity, organization, analytical mindset, and sense of urgency. What are the differentiators and requirements to apply? * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Advanced Excel proficiency is a plus; * Power BI knowledge is a plus; * **Experience in freight quotation with carriers (MANDATORY)** * **Experience in distribution warehouses or logistics companies;** * **Proficiency in Winthor and WMS systems (a plus)** **Compensation and Benefits** \- Compensation: To be discussed \- Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Law) \- Meal Voucher at the company \- Transportation Allowance or Fuel (Flash Card) \- Health Insurance and Dental Insurance Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$1\.973,50 \- R$3\.500,00 per month
