Its railway network connects the ports of **Itaqui (São Luís/MA)**, **Pecém (São Gonçalo do Amarante/CE)**, and **Mucuripe (Fortaleza/CE)**, playing a strategic role in logistics and regional development. Established in 2012 following the spin-off of Transnordestina Logística S/A, FTL manages a railway network of approximately **1.237 km**, handling around **2.9 million net tons in 2024**. **Internship Opportunity – Nursing** We currently have an opening for a **Nursing Internship**, aimed at students wishing to develop technical and administrative competencies while supporting healthcare assistance and management routines in a welcoming, challenging, and collaborative organizational environment. **Academic Requirements** * Nursing degree program * Must be enrolled from the 4th semester onward **Responsibilities** * Assistance in monitoring and recording clinical data and indicators; * Support in care routines, as directed by the nursing team; * Support in developing, updating, and implementing care plans and actions aimed at continuous improvement of clinical processes; * Support in analyzing incidents, occurrences, and patient safety practices; * Organization and updating of medical records, documents, and departmental logs; * Assistance in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and technical presentations; * Support for operational routines of the nursing team, contributing to quality patient care; * Collaboration in organizing and analyzing technical information to support management decision-making. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Nursing undergraduate program from the 4th semester onward; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Organized, proactive, responsible profile with strong willingness to learn; * Good communication skills, empathy, and ability to work in a team. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge or experience with Hospital Management Systems (e.g., MV, Tasy); * Familiarity with clinical protocols and Patient Safety standards; * Basic knowledge of quality tools and process improvement methodologies. **Benefits** * **Meal Allowance:** BRL 917.00 * **TotalPass** * **Gympass** * **Hapvida Health Plan – 100% covered by the company** **Why Intern at Transnordestina?** At Transnordestina, you will have the opportunity to **learn through hands-on experience**, develop technical and behavioral skills, and advance professionally while contributing to a **project of major significance for the country’s logistics and development**.
