**Position: Business & Product Management Internship** **On-site – Gávea/RJ** **About Duopen** We are the first Brazilian startup to generate real value with **Open Finance**, applying this technology in non-financial sectors such as **education and retail**, through scalable, data-driven solutions. Currently, we are incubated at **PUC-Rio’s Genesis Institute**, the country’s leading startup incubator. **About the position** This is **not a typical internship position**. We are looking for someone with a growth mindset, an analytical profile, and a genuine desire to learn by doing. Here, you won’t merely support operational tasks—you’ll **build alongside the team**, take on responsibilities, and participate in real decisions related to **product, business strategy, and startup growth**. We seek someone with leadership potential, intellectual curiosity, and the drive to develop rapidly within a dynamic and challenging environment. **Key responsibilities** * Support initiatives in **product and business management** * Participate in structuring and analyzing strategic problems * Work with data to support product and business decisions * Collaborate with founders and leadership on strategic projects * Help turn ideas and hypotheses into practical actions **Requirements** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields) * Analytical profile: comfort with numbers, data interpretation, and information-based decision-making * Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to logically structure ideas * Proactivity and sense of responsibility (“hands-on” profile) * Genuine interest in technology, business, innovation, and startups * Availability to intern **on-site in Gávea/RJ** **Preferred qualifications:** * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency * Prior interest in product, technology, or strategy * Relevant academic or extracurricular experiences Prior experience is not required; the main criterion is the willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with the team.
