Learn more about Grupo FAN at https://grupofan.com **Main Activities / Responsibilities:** * Analyze technical projects (architectural, structural, electrical, hydraulic, etc.) * Quantify materials and resources; * Calculate unit costs and consolidate budget spreadsheets based on inputs, cost compositions, and productivity; * Prepare budgets for real estate development and urban planning projects; * Perform scenario comparisons; * Monitor and update databases of inputs, cost compositions, and productivity; * Support the planning and procurement teams with budgetary information; * Evaluate technical proposals from suppliers and service providers; * Update budgets according to project progress and scope changes; **Requirements** * Proficiency in budgeting tools and cost database systems; * Experience with RM TOTVS ERP; * Knowledge of unit price compositions, team productivity, and technical project analysis; * Familiarity with Lean methodologies, BIM, or integrated planning is a plus; * Prior experience in construction or real estate development companies. * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
